Major cities across the country boast several popular tourist attractions, some of which are heralded by locals, others condemned as traps for out-of-towners. Despite Boston’s celebrated history, resulting in a cityscape riddled with centuries old buildings, structures and commemorative pieces of art, not all of them are easy on the eyes.

Boston’s hardly the only culprit in this respect, though. A recent imgur post pulled together 12 Chi-town attractions that one might usually think are popular destinations… but slapped on amusing one-star Yelp review that might make you think twice before venturing to there.

Thinking not everyone is as enamored with Boston as myself, I took to Yelp to find some of the most comical, most cynical, most unlikely one-star help reviews of Hub attractions.
