Hungry Somerville locals are in luck! The recently opened Rosebud American Kitchen & Bar is launching their brunch service this weekend. Here’s what you can expect:

Rosebud serves brunch every Saturday and Sunday from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.

Where

The revamped Rosebud is located at 381 Summer St. in Somerville’s Davis Square neighborhood.

What

This new brunch menu is divided into several different sections, including “Something to Share,” “Flying Solo” and “Between the Sheets,” all offering dishes with a down-home twist. A few of their tastiest brunch selections include smothered diner fries, biscuits and gravy, texas brisket hash, smoked chicken omelet and more.

The Brunch Buzz Drink

As for your Sunday morning buzz, Rosebud has you covered. The new brunch will feature breakfast cocktails like Kentucky Iced Coffee (Henry McKenna Bourbon, Luxardo Amaretto, Maple Syrup Simple and Cold Brew Fazenda Coffee), Margarita Sunrise (Agavales Tequila, Smoked Maple Syrup, Combier and Blood Orange) and even a DIY Bloody Mary bar.
