What if you could experience one of the North Shore’s best restaurants without having to leave the Boston city limits? Well, as of Monday, November 17, you can do just that. The popular Amesbury, Mass. restaurant, No. 8 Kitchen and Spirits, will be popping up in Fort Point’s Tavern Road, as part of the restaurant’s ongoing Chef’s Studios series.

According to a release, Chef Christopher Jackson of No. 8 will bring a menu dominated by shareable small plates and modern takes on New England cuisine to the TR Street Food space. Prior to working at No. 8 in Amesbury, Chef Jackson worked with several well-known Boston chefs, including William Kovel (Catalyst), Dante de Magistris (Restaurant dante), and Michael Schlow (Tico, Radius).

Guests of the No. 8 Chef’s Studio dinner will be able to sample four signature dishes from the Amesbury restaurant. Drinks will also be available courtesy of Tavern Road’s bar. For more information and tickets, check out the event’s website here.

If you go: Tavern Road is located at 343 Congress Street in Fort Point.
