Holiday shopping can feel stressful, or at least like a chore. (Besides the the magic that comes with gift giving, of course.) If you’re someone who likes to procrastinate, and always ends up making a last-minute run on Christmas Eve, then you should consider heading to these shopping events. With special promotions and activities, they’ll put a little extra magic into your holiday shopping frenzy.

Here’s where you should be shopping and when this holiday season.

A Night of Gifts & Glam – November 20, 5 to 8 p.m. – The Shops at Prudential – Tonight, head to the Pru for shopping and dining discounts from retailers like LOFT, Nic+Zoe and vineyard vines, and restaurants like 5 Napkin Burger and wagamama. There will also be the Gifts & Glam sweepstakes, which could win you a $500 prize pack.

Alex & Ani Girls Night Out – November 20, 6 to 8 p.m. – Alex & Ani Newbury Street – Enjoy refreshments and treats, as well as promotions and a raffle, as you browse Alex & Ani’s newest holiday collection at the Newbury Street store. Free to attend.

Madewell + Olives and Grace – November 20, 6 to 8 p.m. – Madewell Newbury Street is hosting an in-store shopping event with Olives and Grace. Notch Brewing will serve beers as you shop Madewell’s newest collection and earn 20 percent off a $125 purchase as well as an Olives and Grace gift.

Street Style Saturday – November 22, 1 to 6 p.m. – The Street – The Street in Chestnut Hill is hosting Street Style Saturday with blogger Britt Lees, during which they’ll offer exclusive discounts and promotions at Splendid, Ku De Ta, VINCE, City Sports, Be Styled, skoah and more. Those who post a photo using #StreetStyleSaturday and tag @shopthestreet will be entered to win a $50 gift card for The Cottage as well as a blow out package from Be Styled.

Black Friday at Assembly Row – November 28, 5 a.m. – Assembly Row – The stores at Assembly Row will be open extra early on Black Friday for eager shoppers. Amidst all the deals, the team is hosting an Instagram campaign dubbed #ShareItWinIt, during which shoppers can share photos of an item they want with the hashtag, the retailer and Assembly Row, and every hour from 5 a.m. to 6 p.m., they’ll select one winner who will get what they shared.

Sneakergreet’s NYC Shopping Trip – November 29, 8 a.m. – Central Square – Want to do some holiday shopping in NYC? Then join Sneakergreet, a company corralling a troop of sneakerheads to NYC to shop at Kith, Bape, Supreme and Fight Club. The trip costs $60.

Etsy Trunk Show – November 29, 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. – Olives and Grace – November 29 is Small Business Saturday, so celebrate with Etsy and Tremont Street boutique Olives and Grace. The trunk show will display items from designer Jeremy Ogusku, and the day will include a live demonstration by the designer, face painting, and a performance by Keytar Bear.

STA + Covet & Lou Holiday Shopping Event – December 4, 4 to 8 p.m. – Second Time Around (176 Newbury Street) – Join STA and online boutique Covet & Lou for a discounted shopping event featuring vintage clothing, home goods and accessories. All items will be 20 percent off during the event. On Black Friday, STA is also hosting major discounts: From 7 to 10 a.m., score 50 percent off everything in the store. More discounts will follow throughout the day.

Spaliday 2014 – December 4, 5 to 9 p.m. – G2O Spa and Salon – G2O’s fourth annual Spaliday invites you to join Jenny Johnson and the Celtics dancers for the salon’s only shopping night. Get discounts, like 20 percent off any purchase, and shop from special vendors like Oribe, Trish McEvoy and more. There will also be a raffle, for which the proceeds will benefit the Home for Little Wanderers.

North End Holiday Stroll – December 5, 6 to 11 p.m. – North End – Twenty boutiques and shops in the North End, including Heart & Sole, Twilight, Shake the Tree and more, will stay open late for holiday shopping, discounts and refreshments. There will also be free hot chocolate at the Holiday Tree on Cross Street.

Newbury Street Holiday Stroll – December 6, noon to 4 p.m. – Newbury Street – Stores along Newbury Street will be celebrating the holiday season on Saturday, December 6 with special events, promotions and discounts. There will be live music and entertainment up and down the street, with an appearance by Santa and his elves.

SoWa Holiday Saturday – December 13, noon to 4 p.m. – SoWa Market – SoWa returns during the holiday season for SoWa Holiday Saturday, the best place to find unique gifts from local artists as well as vintage finds.
