Boston Post Mortem — This month’s Post Mortem will be led by the folks at Disruptor Beam, who will be giving a talk entitled, “Bringing Game of Thrones Ascent to Mobile.” Come hang out with other gamers, designers and enthusiasts to discuss “what it took to get featured by Apple, and the lasting impact of having an online game running on five platforms.”
Experiment Talks @ Le Lab: Sep Kamvar — Join Le Laboratorie Cambridge and Xfund for their free, biweekly evening seminar series — this one featuring Sep Kamvar, director of the Social Computing group at the MIT Media Lab. Learn more about Kamvar and register for the event here.

Boston New Technology December 2014 Product Showcase — Come learn about seven innovative and exciting new products, while networking with the local startup community. Each presenter will have five minutes for product demonstration and five minutes for Q&A. The event is free and open to the public.
WeWork Labs Holiday Party — WeWork Labs — set to officially launch in January — is hosting an ugly sweater party. Don your most heinous holiday garb and head to Fort Point to celebrate the season with current WeWork members, mentors and VCs. While there, learn more about Labs, a cross between a coworking space and accelerator program, that’s looking for early-stage startups to join its first “class.”

GA Holiday 2014 Food Drive — Join General Assembly communities all over the globe for a Food and Fund Drive to support your local Food Bank. Your local GA will direct you to where the donation boxes are — all you need to do is bring the food. Canned food, cereals and pasta are just some of what’s considered acceptable donations.
