Super Bowl XLIX is in full swing, and Katy Perry just lit up Arizona with her halftime show, joined by a shirtless Lenny Kravitz and Missy Elliot and her entourage.

Crazy costumes (as in, inventive bras), “Firework,” “Get Your Freak On,” and cross-genre collaborations ensued – meaning viewers were treated to a Lenny and Katy “I Kissed a Girl” duet. Except, Lenny was just there to serve as her guitarist for a second and then nothing else. Would you have expected anything less from Katy Perry, Hit Machine? I mean, it was no Aerosmith-*NSYNC-Britney Spears-Nelly collab a la 2001, but that was one Super Bowl show impossible to compete with. Perry did make her entrance on a giant, robotic lion that looked like it was off of the set of a futuristic “Lion King” show. The overall set went on a little too smoothly – even her final pyrotechnic flight over the stadium – but who could hate the smiling sharks and beach balls during “Teenage Dreams” and “California Girls”?

Watch the performance below. And remember – NFL is streaming basically everything Super Bowl online through their Tumblr partnership. Rewatch the best commercials (and relive the most ridiculous) and soak up Super Sunday.
