Monday

3rd Annual Grand Rose Tasting – 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. – Social Wines – Social Wines is hosting its 3rd annual Grand Rose Tasting with at least 25 different styles and variations of Rose to sample. Admission is free.

Free Agua Fresca at Anna’s Taqueria – 1 to 3 p.m. – Anna’s Taqueria in Beacon Hill – To celebrate the start of summer, Anna’s is giving customers complimentary agua fresca (no purchased required) at the Anna’s-style lemonade agua fresca stand.

The Lounge at Faneuil Hall Marketplace – June 22 to August 31 – The Lounge at Faneuil Hall – Faneuil Hall Marketplace has launched the Lounge at Faneuil Hall with complimentary outdoor activities in a multifunctional space. The Lounge at Faneuil Hall is located in the South Market section at Faneuil Hall Marketplace. Admission is free.

The David Ortiz Children’s Fund Gala – 6 to 10 p.m. – Boston Marriott Copley Place – Red Sox Designated Hitter David Ortiz is bringing the flavor of his native Dominican Republic to Boston at the third annual “David Ortiz Children’s Fund Gala” hosted at the Boston Marriott Copley Place (Boston, MA). Proceeds from the festive fundraiser will benefit the David Ortiz Children’s Fund, in partnership with MassGeneral Hospital for Children and the World Pediatric Project. Tickets are $450.

Tuesday

Pineapple Crossing Presents: Eat Like Shit for The Greater Boston Food Bank – 6 to 10 p.m. – Roxy’s Grilled Cheese – Join Pineapple Crossing for its first food drive event at Roxy’s in Allston with the Vulgar Chef. A portion of food and beverage sales will be donated to the Greater Boston Food Bank. There is no cover, but they request that each guest provide a donation in the form of a sealed and non-perishable food item or an unopened toiletry.

Eastie Week Cruise 2015 – 6 to 9 p.m. – Provincetown II Ferry – In celebration of Eastie Week 2015, Summer on the Waterfront invites you to join them for a cruise across Boston Harbor on the Provincetown II Ferry for an evening of fun and entertainment. On board, live music, light refreshments, a cash bar, and great water view will be provided. Tickets are $5.

The Coolidge at the Greenway – Sunset – Greenway’s Wharf District Park – The Coolidge at the Greenway will be showing “American Graffiti’ this Tuesday night on the Greenway. The screening was postponed from last Tuesday (to this week) due to rain. Admission is free.

SoMe Brewing Company Launch Party – 7 to 9 p.m. – The Independent – The Independent in Somerville’s Union Square will join forces with SoMe Brewing Company to host an exclusive launch party introducing the Maine-based brand to Massachusetts. Release revelers and beer aficionados alike will celebrate by being among the first to taste the highly anticipated brews in the heart of Somerville. Admission is free.

Wednesday

Wine Dinner with Terry Theise – 7 p.m. – T.W. Food – The Cambridge restaurant will host “A Night with Terry Theise” on Wednesday night. For one night only, T.W. Food and the James Beard Award-winning wine author and importer, will join forces for an evening of food, wine and commentary. The dinner will feature a five-course dinner menu complete with wine pairings from Terry’s Austrian and German portfolios. Limited tickets available; $175/person, wine pairings included; reservations required.

Pilates with Purpose and Women’s iLab: Move, Give, Connect  – 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. – Christopher Columbus Park – Female professionals in Boston, and members, friends and supporters of Women’s iLab, Pilates with Purpose and The Home for Little Wanderers are all welcome to join this pilates session taking place this Wednesday. Bring your own mat. Tickets are $25.

New Kids on the Block Concert – 7 p.m. – TD Garden – Kick it back to the ‘80’s and ‘90’s with this week’s New Kids on the Block concert. The concert event will also feature performances from TLC and Nelly. Ticket price varies.

Thursday

Whiskey League – 5:30 to 8 p.m. – Carrie Nation – Join Master of Whisky, William Codman in celebrating the fascinating history of Canadian Whiskey. Bill will lead a guided tasting of all things Crown Royal, including bottles pulled from his personal collection, some of which are not available for sale in America. Admission is $20.

Spectacle on Georges Island – 6 to 9:30 p.m. – Georges Island – A night of food, lawn games and fireworks to raise funds for the Boston Harbor Island Alliance’s mission of promoting the unique history and natural habitat of the Boston Harbor Islands National and State Park. Donations welcome.

JJArtworks Paint Party – 6 to 8 p.m. – The Charles River Bistro – Join the JJArtworks Paint Party series at the Charles River Bistro this summer. Boston artist J.J. Long will guide attendees to create and leave with a beautiful masterpiece. Tickets are $40.

Assembly Row Summer Music Series – 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. – Assembly Row – Head to Assembly Row this Thursday for LIVE music Thursdays in the Amphitheater. Attendees are welcome to bring chairs and a blanket to watch the performance. Thursday’s performance will feature Miss Fairchild. Admission is free.

Grand Opening Summer Party Cruise featuring Fast Times – 7:30 to 10:30 p.m. – Provincetown II – The boast party will include three floors of entertainment with a DJ, and a large top deck for dancing under the stars. This Thursday’s party will also feature Fast Time 80’s band. Tickets are $15 each.

Catwalk for BMC Cancer Care – 7 to 9 p.m. – The State Room – Boston Medical Center in partnership with Open HeARTS, Inc., a non-profit arts and event planning organization, will present the 4th annual fashion show, Catwalk for BMC Cancer Care, this Thursday. Fifteen BMC cancer patients will join professional models, local celebrities and BMC staff to showcase the unique creations by featured designers and stylists. Ticket price varies.
