If you consider yourself an avid reader of BostInno or beer aficionado then you’ll be sore to miss our Beers with the Beat event on Thursday, September 29. We’ll be filling the Dorchester Brewing Company with experimental brews and all of you.
Dorchester Brewing is a locally owned partner brewing facility new to the Dot. They created their space to support small-medium craft beer brands producing their own products. Not only does the facility support brewer’s production, but they also feature the beers on tap in the tasting room. Don’t worry, your first beer is on us.
Some of our very own local Boston innovators founded this facility. Their CEO and co-founder is in fact Matt Malloy (pictured), formerVP of Marketing and Operations for Zipcar. Another co-founder and head brewer, Todd Charbonneau, fostered his love of beer while working at Harpoon for over a decade, then moved on in 2012 to start the Banner Beer Company before opening Dorchester Brewing Co.
