Three days later, we still find ourselves trying to process the horrific attack on our beloved Boston Marathon. Innocent victims were severely injured and killed, and a trademark event enjoyed by thousands–from near and far–will never be the same. At a time like this, it’s hard not to feel helpless. But like Mayor Menino said, “[w]e are a resilient city… a city that will get by this.”

BostInno is hosting a fundraiser Meet Up at Empire on Monday, April 22 from 6pm-8pm. Donations and all bar proceeds from Big Night Entertainment Group will continue to support the campaign launched by Phil Beauregard and members of TUGG. We hope you’ll join us.

Meanwhile, local residents, brands, and organizations continue to rally together in true Boston fashion. These are just some of their stories.

  • Google (headquartered in California, with an office in Cambridge) swiftly launched a person finder to help people locate their loved ones following the bombings. The resource was instrumental in connecting panicked parties in and around the scene.
  • Joe’s American and Legal Sea Foods were among the local restaurants to offer  offering up free meals to emergency personnel and authorities, as a small thanks for their valiant efforts.
  • Boston entrepreneur Jared Chung built EvidenceUpload.org to help users upload and send images and videos that could aid authorities in their investigation. Check out the full story here.
  • Cambridge Innovation Center offered displaced businesses a free place to work, away from the Back Bay.
  • Last evening, nearly 100 restaurants in the Greater Boston area donated a percentage of their sales to bombing victims through the Greg Hill Foundation. See who took part here.
  • Rue La La is showing their local pride with their Honoring Boston tee. All net proceeds will go to MGH’s Emergency Medicine Fund supports the patients and families affected by the Boston Marathon tragedy.
  • Who could forget about the teams that have earned us the reputation of Title Town? Some players took to Twitter to show their support, and here’s a pretty powerful video of  the entire crowd at last night’s Bruins game singing the National Anthem along with Rene Rancourt.
  • ’47 Brand added a Boston Strong hat to their line of premium licensed apparel, and will be donating 100% of the proceeds to One Fund Boston.
  • Countless BostInno Channel partners took to the Streetwise platform to share the amazing ways they’re standing #BostonStrong. Share details about your efforts in the comments below, or email channels@streetwise-media.com.
