Toshiba is the latest electronics manufacturer to have its latest gadget leaked. This morning, fan site techblog.gr published leaked photos and limited specs of Toshiba’s AT10LE-A tablet. Though the information is limited at this point, one thing’s for sure; Toshiba needs to think of a catchy and marketable name for its tablet fast.

The big draw to Toshiba’s new tablet will be a dockable keyboard reminiscent of Microsoft’s Surface tablet series. Though his keyboard doesn’t appear to moonlight as a screen cover the way Microsoft’s can, the possibility of removing it and including it at will certainly bolsters the convenience factor.

The At10LE-A looks to operate on Android’s 4.2.1 version of Jelly Bean, though I’d think that with the possibility of a 4.3 model to debut at Google’s I/O I’d think Toshiba would want the latest model. The photos indicate further that the tablet will be powered by NVIDIA’s new 1.8GHz  Tegra 4 mobile chip, a respectable processor by any means. No word yet on screen resolution yet, though we can expect a 10-inch screen.

As far as specs are concerned, that’s all that’s been made available at this point. The leaked pics show, however, plenty of ports to connect the device to other hardware and vice versa. There looks to be a micro USB, micro HDMI, and microSD all of which support additional drives and storage space.

There’s been nothing mentioned yet on a foreseeable release date or the all-important price tag. Certainly Apple’s iPad, Samsung’s Galaxy Tab, and Kindle’s Fire series have an unrelenting stranglehold on the tablet market but Toshiba’s latest model so far looks like it could have a decent amount of power behind it, assuming the leaked indicators are accurate.

Let’s hear from the Toshiba tablet users out there. Having never used a Toshiba tablet myself, or even really seen one out in public, I’m curious to see how well, if so, it runs. Do Toshiba’s tablets match the style and user-friendliness of of its rivals?
