All dads are different.

Some love baseball, collecting far too much signed memorabilia, and craft beer.  Others love cigars, a specific late night television program, and aged whiskey.  Others love sailing, taking way too many home videos, and fine wine.  They’re all different, and all warrant a completely different type of Father’s day gift.  Below are the three perfect gifts for these three distinctly different dads.

The Skipper- Giacomo Fenocchio Barolo

This Dad is all about the finer things.  His happy place is being out on his boat managing his crew (aka his family) with a bottle of his favorite wine waiting for him in the galley.  This skipper would love nothing more than a bottle of our Product of the Week, Giacomo Fenocchio Barolo.  A fine Italian wine made for the fine pallette, this Barolo will make sure next time out on the yacht, you’re not in charge of the mainsail.

The Captain- WhistlePig 100/100 Rye Whiskey

This Dad is the hardest working son of a bitch you know.  He runs a very successful business, likely has the same best friends he did when he was 10, and always tells it like it is.  Nothing will make this dad happier than a bottle of America’s best whiskey, WhistlePig Straight Rye Whiskey.  This 10 year, 100 proof, 100% rye whiskey out of Vermont starts with a the natural bite you’d expect of any good whiskey, and finishes with a smooth, sweet taste from the bourbon barrels where it spends the last 3 years of it’s life.  Perfect for this hard working, cigar wielding, no bullshit dad.  If ordered through Drizly this weekend, his bottle will be accompanied by an awesome WhistlePig glass, bonus city.

The Superfan- Clown Shows Hoppy Feet

This sports nut knows (or pretends to know) every single player that has been on the Sox, Bruins, Pats, and Celtics rosters since 1960.  Bill Buckner is literally the devil (still), the number 4 is Bobby Orr, KG doesn’t hold a stick to Larry, and the Pats still suck.  This Father’s Day, give this superfan a bottle of New Englands own Clown Shoes Hoppy Feet.  Great hoppy beer from an MA brewery sure to bring a smile to his face (after his lips finish puckering, obviously).
