The Fourth of July is often associated with the midpoint of summer, but we refuse to believe that the best season of the year is already halfway over. Rather than stress out over the ever-daunting passing of time (yikes), let’s look at all that we have to anticipate this fine month of July in Boston.

From a sand sculpting competition to summer’s favorite pastime – the craft beer festival – here’s where you should be spending the rest of July in the city.

WGBH Craft Beer Festival

WGBH Studios; July 12, 7 to 10 p.m.

‘Tis the season to sample craft beer with hundreds of your closest friends. WGBH’s annual Craft Beer Festival returns this Saturday, July 12, at the WGBH Studios located at One Guest Street in Brighton. There will be New England craft brews and food truck vendors on hand for fine drinking and eating all night, as well as live entertainment and brewing tutorials. Tickets are $50 for non-members and $40 for members.

Soulshine Yoga and Music Festival

Blue Hills Bank Pavilion; July 18, 3:30 p.m.

Group yoga and live acoustic music will take over the Blue Hills Bank Pavilion this month when the Soulshine Yoga and Music Festival rolls into town, presented by Life is good. A mass yoga session will kick off at 3:30 p.m., followed by live music by Michael Franti and Spearhead, Soja, Brett Dennen and Trevor Hall. Tickets start at $30.

Drink Craft Beer Summerfest

Space 57 at the Revere Hotel; July 18 & 19

Can’t get enough craft beer festivals? We get you. Head to the Drink Craft Beer Summerfest on July 18 and 19. There are three sessions (6 to 9:30 p.m. on Friday; 1 to 4:30 p.m. and 6 to 9:30 p.m. on Saturday) to get your drink on. This fest focuses on New England’s farmhouse ales and saisons, with 25 local breweries, like Cambridge Brewing Co., Allagash Brewing and Backlash Beer, offering up to more than 90 variations of the summer ales. Tickets are $50, and there will be local food vendors on site as well.

Revere Beach National Sand Sculpting Festival

Revere Beach; July 18 to 20, 10 a.m.

The 11th annual Revere Beach Sand Sculpting Festival, one of Greater Boston’s landmark summer events, returns the weekend of July 18, 2014. Head to the beach just outside of the city to see impressive sand sculptures come to life, along with live entertainment, food trucks, fireworks and more. This year, the Revere Beach Partnership has joined with the Wounded Warrior Project for their 2014 theme: “Stars and Stripes: A Tribute to Our Nation’s Armed Forces.” The festival will pay tribute to the organization as well as donate a portion of proceeds to the cause. The festival is free to attend and runs from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. on Friday and Saturday and 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Sunday. Awards for the competition will be announced at 6 p.m. on Saturday.

Boston Grown Ups Museum

Boston Children’s Museum; July 30, 6 to 9 p.m.

Back in April, the Boston Children’s Museum first opened its doors to the young-at-heart adults of Boston who wanted to explore all the Fort Point museum had to offer, but without the pesky kids running around. The event was such a success that they made it a regular happening. The past events have sold out in a flash, but the July event still has tickets left. Grab yours for $25 and don your beach wear for a nautical themed party in the museum, complete with beer, wine and childhood treats.
