Are you a sucker for new gadgets? Master of finding good deals? Here are 5 daily deal apps every tech lover needs on their iPhone, iPod Touch or iPad:

Amazon Deals

The Amazon Deals app features Amazon’s deeply discounted daily ‘Gold Box Deals’ which offer a low price at a limited quantity. This app allows you to customize what type of deals you see (e.g. just electronics), setup push notifications, schedule reminders, and of course make the purchase.

eBay Deals

The eBay Deals app (separate from eBay Mobile) allows you to personalize the best deals and ones ending soon. This app also features a daily deal section with more deeply discounted offers. This app makes it easy to filter by category and find what you’re looking for to allowing you to place your bid.

BigDeal

Although they don’t offer a mobile app, you should bookmark this site to your home screen. BigDeal.com is a venture-backed company with a new type of auction game that right now has mainly gadgets, software, and electronics. On BigDeal, you buy bid tokens and compete for offers. Each starts at $0 and every bid raises the auction price by a few cents and adds more time (up to 30 seconds) to the countdown timer. The last bidder before the time expires wines. Winners save 75% on average, and some over 98%. Make sure you have a good wifi connection!

Newegg

Newegg.com is basically a tech version of Amazon. Newegg allows you to search, browse, read reviews (1.7M+ of them), and make purchases with your Newegg.com account. This app also features ‘Shell Shockers’ and Daily Deals.

WootWatch

WootWatch describes itself as “the elegant way to view woot.com,” and does a decent job mimicking the look and  feel of the site (woot! doesn’t offer it’s own app). View the deal of the day (from woot.com as well as other niche woot sites like sellout, shirt, wine, and kids), drill into product details, view large images, and even get alerts when new items become available.
