Ladies and gentlemen, listen up. Newbury Street is getting one fancy addition.

A new Tiffany & Co. will be opening on Boston’s busiest shopping street on November 1, bringing its signature blue facade and sparkly interior to those traveling up and down Newbury. Currently, only one Tiffany location exists within Boston in Copley Place, with another location at the Mall at Chestnut Hill and the Natick Mall.

The new Tiffany will join other high-end retailers with storefronts on Newbury Street like Georgio Armani and Burberry, as well as other jewelers like Cartier, Dorfman, and Shreve, Crump and Low, which has been around since 1796.

For those who want to get an inside look at the brand before they open a new store in Boston, mark your calendars. On October 21 at 12 p.m., Tiffany & Co.’s Design Director Francesca Amfitheatrof will be hosting a Google+ Hangout to discuss the topic “What’s Modern Now.” Model Coco Rocha, Aimee Song of Song and Style and Elle fashion news director Anne Slowey will also join in on the chat, as participants will have the opportunity to ask questions and learn more about media, fashion and design. Amfitheatrof’s first collection for Tiffany, Tiffany T, will also be on display during the chat. Learn more about the event here.

So, for those who are looking for a new location to browse gleaming engagement rings and other sparkling decor, prepare to welcome a new Tiffany to Boston. Meanwhile, I’ll be at H&M.
