Here comes the bride. Twenty-eight-year-old beauty and fashion mogul Olivia Palermo tied the knot this weekend with her beau, Johannes Huebl, the German model (not bad) she’s been dating since 2008. The ceremony? Small and intimate. The dress? Nonexistent.

That’s right. After months of debate – will she wear Cavalli? Valentino? – Palermo landed on a Carolina Herrera ”dress” that was, in fact, not a dress at all. Just a light cashmere sweater and tulle skirt over simple shorts. A bold choice, yet would you expect anything less of the trendsetter?

Her “something blue”? The same Manolos Carrie Bradshaw married Mr. Big in during the Sex and the City movie. Turns out the flick is an old favorite of Palermo’s. (No runaway bride for Johannes, fortunately.)
