What: The Alpine Restaurant Group’s eateries are hosting a special toy drive for Housing Families Inc., a nonprofit that helps the homeless and very low-income people. All you have to do is donate a toy and you’ll receive a free dessert in return.
When: Your last opportunity to donate to the toy drive is tonight, December 17.
Where: The toy drive and free desserts are happening at Rosebud American Kitchen & Bar, Posto and The Painted Burro.
Why: Because it’s all for a great cause. And who doesn’t want a free dessert?
How: All three restaurants are located near the Davis Square MBTA station.
[Update: The Alpine Restaurant Group’s Toy Drive has been extended to Sunday, December 21. The group will also be offering guests a complimentary $10 gift card for every toy donated.]
