If you live and/or work in the Back Bay area, there’s a new place to pick up that much-needed cup of joe. Beloved Fort Point coffee shop, Barrington Coffee Roasting Company, is now open on Newbury Street.

According to coffee shop’s Facebook page, Barrington opened this past Friday, December 19. The cafe’s flagship location is situated on Congress Street in Fort Point and has proven wildly popular since its opening.

According to Eater Boston, the Newbury location has a four-crucible Alpha Dominche Steampunk brewer in addition to the same amenities as its Fort Point counterpart.

The coffee house, founded by Gregg Charbonneau and Barth Anderson in 1993, roasts its coffee beans in Lee, Mass. Patrons can purchase bags of the blend at the Barrington’s local coffee shops.
