The magazine world is really delivering this September. A star roster of supermodels covers Vogue, Rihanna looks wild on W, and now Beyoncé is dropping jaws with her CR Fashion Book spotlight. The glossy’s fifth issue comes out on September 4 – Queen Bey’s birthday, obviously – with a high-fashion spread devoted to the culture-dominating idol. And yes, it even includes a very chic Chanel surfboard. Excuse me, surfbort.

The front cover teases with a sequined mask covering Beyoncé’s face. On the opposite side she appears in all her glory, wearing a voluminous floral Yohji Yamamoto garment. The rest of the spread, shot by Pierre Debusschere, displays looks from Comme des Garçons, CÉLINE, and Saint Laurent.

Last month, critics debated whether or not Mrs. Carter is a fashion icon. I’m pretty sure this feature puts those questions to rest.
