Happy day! Eater Boston reports that the long-awaited Blackbird Doughnuts has finally opened shop in Boston’s South End neighborhood. According to the article, the doughnut shop posted a video to their Instagram, announcing today’s delightful opening.

Shortly thereafter, the Instagram video was followed by a Blackbird Doughnuts Facebook post confirming the news.

Blackbird Doughnuts was opened by the same folks behind The Gallows restaurant in the South End. According to Eater Boston, the gourmet doughnut shop offers “an opening roster of fun flavors that includes salted toffee, sesame sriracha, wild berry bismarck, and more.”

If you visit Blackbird Doughnuts this weekend, the shop is located at 492 Tremont St. in Boston.
