So who’s sore this week? We sure are.

Hundreds of young professionals attended the first-ever #BosFIT event on Saturday morning at The Club by George Foreman III, and earned their Sunday brunch by working up a sweat with some of the hottest studios to hit in the Hub.

With 6+ different class offerings including BollyX, Barry’s Bootcamp, suspension training with Turnstyle Cycle, Core Fusion Barre by exhale, cycling with Turnstyle Cycle, and Bags & Beats classes by The Club by George Foreman III, attendees sure worked up a sweat.

Plus, they had access to one-on-one counseling with industry experts in the Ask-A-Nutritionist & Ask-A-Trainer Forums, enjoyed giveaways from some of the newest health and wellness products in the city, and took a quick break between classes to recover and listen in on an exciting debate-style panel discussion featuring Bryan Doo, Head Strength & Conditioning Coach for The Boston Celtics, Rich Downing, Founder of Turnstyle Cycle, and Caitlin Milbury, Mind Body Manager at exhale.

Check out the photos through the slideshow link below, and enjoy the post-workout endorphins from the event!

A huge thank you to The Club by George Foreman III for hosting #BosFIT, and to all the trainers, sponsors, and industry experts who made this event possible. We’ll see you in the gym.
