The weekend has arrived! So instead of wistfully staring at the blue skies from your office window, you’re free to roam the great outdoors, taking turns basking in the sun and in front of your new air conditioner. To celebrate the warmest days so far this year, we’ve gathered the best events Boston has to offer this weekend – now that you’re in the know, it’s up to you to decide where you want to be spotted before Monday hits. (Unless you’re lucky enough to have access to a private pool – we know where you’ll be.)

Friday

American Craft Beer Fest – 6 pm – Seaport World Trade Center – The 6th annual American Craft Beer Fest features 600+ craft beers from 135+ American brewers. Both Saturday sessions are sold out, so get your tickets for Friday, and start your night out early. For more information, click here.

Forum For One – 6:30 pm – Noche – Still closed post-bombing, Forum’s new chef wants to test his new menu and is hosting a series of off-site dinners to do so. This is the third in the series, in which all proceeds will go to benefit the One Fund.

Third Annual JP vs. Somerville Dance Off – 9 pm – Naga Cambridge – Dance the night away for a good cause: this dance off will benefit Girls Rock Boston, a music and mentoring program. The night will be MC’d by baristas from both sides of the river, and tickets are $15 at the door. Bust out your best moves, and you could win a big old trophy.

Saturday

Pride Day at Faneuil Hall – 10 am – Hosted by Raquel Blake, one of Boston’s top drag entertainers, Pride Day will be taking over Faneuil Hall this Saturday, featuring performances by The Urban Ballet, the Mike Nolan Band, Rolla, and more. The event will be held at the end of the West Quincy Hall building, and is free and open to the public.

Free Sailing Open House – 1 pm – Lewis Wharf – The Boston Sailing Center is offering free sailing trip for the public between 1 and 4 pm, on 24 to 40 foot boats. No experience required – visitors are welcome to either sit back and relax as a professional mans the helm, or step up and take over if they feel so inclined.

The Boston Rosé Party – 3 pm – Rowes Wharf – The Boston Rosé Party is all about taking pink wines seriously, while cruising around the harbor appropriately dressed in pink. The team at 90+ Cellars will be providing an assortment of rosés, along with the snacks that accompany them best. Tickets are $59.

NOH8 Open Photo Shoot – 3 pm – W Hotel – The NOH8 Campaign is a silent protest by way of photo shoot – participants wear white shirts, a NOH8 logo, and duct tape over their mouths in order to take a stand against Prop 8 and similar legislation around the world. If you’re interested in participating, head to the W Hotel wearing white and get your picture taken for the cause.

Loft Sessions IV – 7 pm – Studio Soto – Join in on a conversation focused on improving and liberating the human spirit, and changing culture through communication. Led by Harvard-trained psychologist Elizabeth Debold, the evening will include art from young creative minds, music from The Stretch Collective, as well as food and drinks. Tickets are $15.

Sunday

Create 2: Six Artists, Six Chefs, One Masterpiece – 2 pm – BCAE – Watch as six chefs craft a dish based on the work of six different artists in an effort to combine the culinary world with the visual arts. Tickets are $55, and admission price includes drinks (provided by 99+ Cellars Wine and High and Mighty Beer) and food – as long as the masterpieces aren’t too beautiful to eat.

Friendly’s Burger Bash – 2 pm – Friendly’s Watertown – Three finalists will be presenting their unique burger creations in hopes of seeing their dish featured on the Friendly’s menu, and you get to celebrate with free mini burgers, face paintings, and music from a live DJ.

Fun For Good Music Festival – 3 pm – The Moakley Federal Courthouse Lawn – Spend the day on the harborside at the Fun For Good Fest, where you’ll hear six different bands and enjoy all-inclusive wine and beer throughout the day. True to its name, all the proceeds from the festival will go to the World Ocean School nonprofit organization.
