Another gloomy Monday, but this time, with a silver lining: Thanksgiving is on Thursday, meaning in just a few days, you’ll be stuffed fuller than the turkey you and your family just feasted on. If that makes it seem like the week is going to drag by, though, here’s what to do in the meantime to preoccupy yourself.

Monday

Annual Lighting of the Trellis – 5:15 p.m. – Christopher Columbus Park – Celebrate the lighting of Christopher Columbus Park’s blue and white trellis, with Mayor Walsh, Miss Massachusetts, Santa Clause, and plenty of snacks, beverages and music.

Tuesday

Free Thanksgiving Spin Class – 12 p.m. – Turnstyle Cycle – Turnstyle Cycle, a recently new spin studio in Kendall Square, is hosting a free ride for new and existing members on Tuesday at 12 p.m., as a way to give thanks to the welcoming Cambridge community.

Big Beer Night with Boulevard Brewing – 7 p.m. – Cornwall’s – Join Pintley and Boulevard Brewing for a ‘big beer night’ at Cornwall’s in Kenmore Square, with three of the brewery’s beers, like a limited saison, an imperial wit and an 11.8 percent ABV imperial stout. Free to attend, pay as you drink.

Wednesday

Turkey Crawl – 5 p.m. – Mija Cantina – Join Boston VIP List for the official Thanksgiving bar crawl through the city. Registration opens at Mija Cantina in Faneuil Hall and continues throughout the area bars for discounted drinks on Thanksgiving Eve.

Free Flatbreads – 6 p.m. – Salvatore’s – Salvatore’s knows you’ll be out and about on Thanksgiving Eve, catching up with old friends and celebrating your lack of work on Thursday, and they’re passing out free flatbreads at the bar at all Salvatore’s locations from 6 p.m. to close in honor of the festivities.

Black Wednesday: Goose Island Bourbon County Release – 6 p.m. – Stoddard’s – Goose Island Beer Co. is releasing their famous Bourbon County stouts on Friday, but Stoddard’s is celebrating with a release party two days early. Head there for specialty drafts and enjoy the brew before it’s released to the masses.

Thanksgiving Eve Bash – 9 p.m. – Ned Devine’s – Spend your Thanksgiving Eve at Ned Devine’s in Faneuil Hall with cover band Never in Vegas. RSVP online and get on the list for free.

‘Townie’ Thanksgiving Eve Party – 8 p.m. – Pier 6 – Pier 6 in Charlestown is throwing and 80s and 90s themed party with throwback drinks (like Long Island Iced Teas and jungle juice) and 50 percent off appetizers.

Irish Comedy Tour – 8 p.m. – Davis Square Theater – For one night only, The Irish Comedy Tour will combine the atmosphere of a Dublin pub with good laughs from Irish comedians and musicians. Tickets are $25.
