Who’s ready for a night out? I’m assuming that you’ve finally recovered from last week’s perfect storm of Halloween combined with Red Sox victory celebrations. Yes it was a long and glorious week but now that you’ve had a week to cool down, it’s time to start thinking about what’s on this Friday and Saturday night’s agenda. My recommendation this week is Clink’s late night menu at The Liberty Hotel.

And according to Boston ladies, it’s also a great spot to meet “dressed up” men in Boston. Just sayin. But whether you’re looking for a fancy night out on the town or just want to find some great late night grub, you can’t go wrong at The Liberty Hotel.

The late night menu serves food from 11p.m. to 2a.m. Besides the standard mixed nuts and edamame appetizers, the menu also includes “skinny” fries, delicious Veal and Ricotta Meatball Sliders, Steamed Dumplings, Jumbo Chicken Wings, and grilled cheese (my fave). Of course, what late night menu would be complete without a burger and fries? Well, the fancy schmancy joint includes that essential dish on the menu as well.

The lobby level of The Liberty Hotel, which was once a jail, contains remnants of the original jail cells inside it’s (now) bar and restaurant, Clink. The inside of The Liberty Hotel lobby and restaurant is both elegant and modern, making for an ideal setting for a sophisticated night out on the town.

Plus you never know who you’ll meet after midnight at The Liberty — being a hotel and all, you’ll likely end up talking to some out-of-towners or like-minded Bostonians. So, if you saved up enough energy this week to leave the couch, then head on over to this Beacon Hill neighborhood late-night bar where everything good (including burgers) is happening after midnight.
