Start the last full week of July off on the right foot. From yoga for charity to sunset sails with Harpoon Brewery, here’s what you should be doing this week.

Monday

$5 Yoga for Charity – 1:30 to 2:30 p.m. – Down Under Yoga – Make the most of your Monday lunch breaks! This $5 cash-only class requires no registration and is led by recent teacher training graduates. All proceeds go to local charities.

Regattabar Courtyard Series – 6 to 8 p.m. – Regattabar at the Charles Hotel – Since 1985, the Regattabar has been one of the top jazz clubs in Boston. Located in the Charles Hotel, it provides easy access to Harvard Square and its charm. Mondays in July and August, join the Regattabar and Berklee artists for an evening of jazz in the Charles Hotel courtyard. Admission is free.

Tuesday

Open Studio: Painting for All Ages – July 21 to July 23 – Paint Corner Art Bar – Spend an afternoon painting to your heart’s content in this cozy, sun-filled studio. Bring your own ideas or find inspiration from a gallery of paintings. A teaching assistant will be on hand for guidance, and both children and adults are welcome. $22 per person including all art supplies.

Sails and Ales featuring Harpoon Brewery – 6:30 to 8 p.m. – Adirondack III, Rowes Wharf – Add a noteworthy flare to your evening by joining the schooner Adirondack III for a sunset sail and beer tasting with a local favorite, Harpoon Brewery. Included in the tasting are five of Harpoon Brewery’s flagship beers and/or seasonal beers tasted and guided by a Harpoon Brewery Representative. You will also learn about the intricate process of brewing, enjoy light bites, and receive a complimentary tour of the brewery that you can redeem in the future. Tickets are $63.

Wednesday

InnerCity Weightlifting Free Summer Workout Series – 12 to 1 p.m. – Rowes Wharf Plaza (Parcel 17) on the Rose Fitzgerald Kennedy Greenway – Join InnerCity Weightlifting staff and student trainers for the first of their weekly workouts in the summer series. For ten straight weeks, until September 23, these classes will be open to the public.

Boston Harbor Tall Ship Sailing – 10:30 a.m. to 8 p.m. – Liberty Fleet of Tall Ships – Get a look at the best side of Boston from the deck of a real tall ship with the Liberty Fleet. Not only will you get to experience what it’s like to sail a traditional schooner, but you’ll also see historic sites like Fort Independence, Logan International Airport, and the Charlestown Navy Yard. Tickets are $35 to $40 for adults and $24 for children under 12.

Boston Comic Con Parade and Costume Contest – 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. – Dick’s Last Resort – Boston Comic Con, Dick’s Last Resort, Newbury Comics and Faneuil Hall Marketplace are teaming up for the third annual pre-convention Boston Comic Con Parade and Costume Contest at Faneuil Hall Marketplace. The contest is open to the public and will feature a costume parade around Quincy Market. The top three adult winners, encouraged to dress up as their favorite super hero or comic book character, will receive prizes. Admission is free.

Thursday

Venture Cafe in Session – 3 to 8 p.m. – Venture Cafe – Mix and mingle with fellow entrepreneurs while gaining connections and attending seminars. The Cafe enables fresh and useful conversations, and acts as a community hub for creative and innovative groups. Admission is free.

Get Your Dose of Chocolate Therapy (21+) – 5 to 8 p.m. – The Urban Grape South End – Sample chocolates and wines from the Urban Grape paired by Carol from Chocolate Therapy, which focuses on the health benefits of dark chocolate and adds therapeutic ingredients to make perfect sweet remedies. Admission is free.

Boston Calling Block Parties – 5 to 8 p.m. – Dewey Square – Every Thursday of the summer, Bostonians are invited to enjoy live music, cocktails, and more. Admission is free.
