Suffolk University’s brand new Modern Theatre on West St. in downtown Boston looks stunning under this morning’s blue skies. Suffolk began remodeling the building last year, and just finished up several weeks ago. Modern Theatre now counts Suffolk’s fourth residence hall on top of a 184-seat performance auditorium.
