Ah, brunch.

The morning meal that makes even the worst struggle out of bed, worth the effort. The eggs benedict, the sweet pancakes and (of course) the mimosas, are the perfect remedy to last night’s bad decisions. But what if you could brunch at your favorite eatery in Boston while also giving back to those in need? Sounds easy enough.

Which is why we recommend signing up for the Greater Boston Food Bank’s “Super Hunger brunch” happening this month. All you have to do is purchase a Super Hunger brunch gift certificate here by January 17, and then visit one of the restaurant participants for brunch. Every $1 of your meal will provide 3 nutritious meals to a person in need.

It’s Tipsy Time — Here are the Brunch Buzz Deets

When

The Super Hunger brunch will be happening both Saturday, January 25 and Sunday, January 26 during the restaurants’ normal brunch hours.

Where

Brunchers can choose from any of the top-notch restaurant participants. They include: L’Espalier, Grill 23 & Bar, Harvest Restaurant, Michael’s Harborside, North 26 Restaurant and Bar, The Fireplace, Blue Ginger, Craigie on Main, 80 Thoreau, Hamersley’s Bistro, La Morra, Post 390 Restaurant, Rialto, Tosca, 10 Center, and Stella Restaurant.

What

You can purchase either a $50, $35, or $25 Super Hunger brunch gift certificate. Each gift certificate grants you brunch access to a different restaurant. So, choose carefully!

The Brunch Buzz Drink

And if you’re going to choose one of the above restaurants to brunch at, we recommend a couple (based on their morning cocktail selection, of course). Choose from either a Post 390 Bloody Mary, Craigie on Main’s “Italian Greyhound” with Punt e Mes and grapefruit, or a Harvest Mimosa to start your day. Cheers!
