If you’re like me, you don’t have much experiencing cooking an entire Thanksgiving meal by yourself. Don’t get me wrong, I can bake a mac n’ cheese dish and pumpkin pie with the best of ’em, but prepare an entire holiday meal? No thanks. The turkey baking and basting, alone, is intimidating enough. However, it’s never too late to try. At some point in our lives, we’ll be asked to prepare a Thanksgiving dish or possibly host an entire holiday dinner. So how would you handle such a request?

Before you jump ship this holiday season, it may be beneficial to actually learn how to cook from the best of the best right here in Boston. Yes, you too can survive this Thanksgiving (with help from professionals, of course). To prove it, here are four self-help classes serving up Turkey Day tips and tricks to make your Thanksgiving the best (and easiest) yet.
