It’s hard to believe that Marty Walsh has been Mayor of Boston for a full 75 days. In the latest video installment documenting his first 101 days, we see a number of changes the city has undergone since his inauguration, including new cabinet members, presidential visits, and a number of policy changes.

One of the mayor’s biggest highlights, thus far, was an annual address before the Boston Municipal Research Bureau in which he made it abundantly clear that he wants to bring Boston to international prominence as a worldwide leader in technology and innovation.

In order to accomplish this, in part, he made good on a campaign promise to fight to keep Boston’s nightlife open later to better cater to those who work rigorously into the wee hours.

The video also gives an insightful look at how lengthy his work days and weeks are, and the full extent of the spectrum of various citywide events to which he attends.

Put together by the Mayor’s Office of New Urban Mechanics, the video ends on a call to action, soliciting what should be included in the next installment of the mayor’s next 25 days in office.
