Feeling the pressure lately? You’re not alone. According to a new study, Boston is one of the most stressed out cities in the nation, coming in at No. 5 amongst others.

The survey, conducted by neuro drinks, found that 72 percent of the Boston respondents feel stressed at least half the time on a daily basis, while a quarter of those surveyed reported feeling tired at work. *Yawn* Despite the holiday weekend, the general sentiment is that 52 percent of Bostonians surveyed need a vacation right now. Hear, hear!

Nationally, 78 percent of those surveyed think that a lack of personal time adds stress to their life, contributing to anxiousness (14 percent), frustration (13 precent) and tiredness (30 percent) at work.

After reading those depressing stats, just be grateful you don’t live in Detroit; it’s the most stressed out city according to this study, followed by New York City, Chicago and Houston (the latter of the two tied for 3rd).
