This week’s brunch buzz is dedicated to one breakfast food and one breakfast food, only. And that’s pancakes. A large stack of delicious, Buttermilk, soft and fluffy pancakes – or as IHOP calls it, “Pancake Pandemonium.”

And as you know – normally, I choose a more unique brunch spot for the Sunday brunch column – but I just couldn’t pass up an all-you-can-eat pancake deal. Plus, the promotion seems to be getting plenty of brunch buzz on social media.

For the first time in over two years, the casual breakfast restaurant will be offering the most delicious (and overly indulgent) deal of the new year: All-you-can-eat pancakes. Guests can order one of IHOP restaurant’s breakfast combos with eggs any style, crispy hash browns, and a choice of pork sausage links, crisp bacon or ham — all served with a plate of two delicious signature Buttermilk Pancakes – or simply a stack of five Buttermilk pancakes as a main course.

Like the Vine video depicts below, as the endless pancakes disappear off your plate, they’ll reappear two additional pancakes at a time – forever (or as long as you can eat em, anyway). The deal will only last for a limited time through February 9, 2014.

In the past, the Pancake Pandemonium has proven to be one of IHOP’s most popular promotional campaigns but pancake-eaters haven’t seen the deal reappear for a very long time – until now. To find a Boston restaurant location near you, check here (Hint: there’s one in Cambridge and Brighton).

Happy pancake brunchin’, everyone!
