July may be coming to an end but trust us, there’s still plenty of time to get your summertime grilling and feasting in. After all, there’s no better time to enjoy Boston’s best grilled fare than summer. And, fortunately for Bostonians, we happen to have a plethora of restaurant options serving up the very best flame-grilled burgers around.

One of which was recently included on the “33 Best Burgers in the Country” list by Thrillist. This national list included burgers from every corner of the U.S. The lifestyle magazine scoured restaurants from coast-to-coast in hopes of finding the tastiest, most mouthwatering burgers in America.

Boston was (of course) represented – as we should be – for having one of the best burgers in the country. The article claims that The Gallows in Boston’s South End is home to one of our country’s most outstanding burgers. The author notes that he had a “Pavlovian response to the salty, seared meat, lettuce, pickles, American, and grilled onions” found on the Boston restaurant’s “Our Way” burger.

This isn’t the first burger nod given to the Hub’s restaurants. Earlier this year, CNN’s hamburger expert, Josh Ozersky, included Alden & Harlow’s “Secret Burger” in his list of “Must-Try Burgers for 2014.”

And we couldn’t agree more with both of these recommendations. To see Thrillist’s complete list of the 33 Best Burgers in the country, check here.
