Yes, Harvard Square is one of Cambridge’s most bustling (if not the most bustling) neighborhoods, but foot traffic along JFK and Brattle Streets are often made up of students in sweatshirts and tourists who want to snap photos outside of the Harvard Yard. But especially in fall, Harvard Square shouldn’t be overlooked when it comes to style inspiration. Those leaves and grassy quads make for a great accessory, after all.

Our photo intern Sarah headed to Harvard Square to seek out those who were adding their personal flair to the historical streets, and she found plenty of fall boots, as well as cheery greens and pinks, bringing even more color to the autumn afternoon. Inside, take a peek at the collections at Anthropologie, Goorin Bros. and Looks boutique.
