There’s a new brunch in town, folks! Eater Boston reports that Viale in Central Square is launching its brunch today, Jan. 18 at 10:30 a.m. The new Mediterranean spot, opened by Chef Greg Reeves and Mark Young, has been met with plenty of praise so far. And we’re sure their brunch won’t be any different. Here are the deets:

According to Eater Boston, Viale’s brunch will be served on Sundays from 10:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.

Viale is located at 502 Massachusetts Ave. in Cambridge.

What to Eat

We hope you’re hungry because Viale’s brunch menu looks absolutely divine. A number of small plates, large plates, sandwiches and sides are all offered on the extensive brunch menu. Dishes include sticky buns, smoked pork hash, crispy fried polenta, a farm fresh egg sando and even brioche french toast. For a full look at the menu, check here.

The article notes that the brunch cocktail list isn’t finalized but diners can expect “vinegar-based mimosas and Gatorade egg flips.” Guess we’ll just have to wait and see that for ourselves this morning. Cheers!
