Imagine this: You’ve sifted through hundreds of dresses for an oh-so-special occasion and finally found the perfect one. And then… it gets lost at the airport. Pretty rough, right? Now imagine you’re the one responsible for losing said dress, and it’s for – wait for it – an actress attending the Academy Awards. Well, this horror movie–like plotline actually happened to Donna Karan PR rep Aliza Licht yesterday. And get ready to grab some popcorn, because she chronicled the whole ordeal live on Twitter.
Lucky for her (warning: spoiler alert ahead), the dresses were found. I have to admit though, as I read each of her tweets, I became less and less nervous for Aliza. And no, it wasn’t because I thought the dresses would soon be found. It was because the girl is straight-up hilarious in the face of a job-threatening situation. Worst-case scenario the dresses were lost forever, and she would have been fired. But on the bright side? She would have wound up with a pretty good screenplay on her hands and a great Candy Crush score. Sounds like a solid ending to me.
