The direction of Nokia’s smartphone line is apparently by way of imaging technology. Along with the Nokia Lumia 928, Nokia is releasing the Lumia 925 which is essentially the same as the 928 only with a beautifully crafted aluminum bezel. The big draw with both handset versions, however, is the camera technology. The camera features a six-layered Carl Zeiss lens, optical image stabilization, and Smart Cam–a new app that can be assigned to the physical camera button to take 10 images in a burst and offer the user several options for using them.

In order to promote its photography innovation, Nokia has sponsored a new exclusive trailer for the upcoming comic book-based action flick Man of Steel and a limited edition ‘Lois’ version of the Lumia 925. Here is the latest ‘Man of Steel’ trailer.

The film, starring Henry Cavill in the title role, written by David S. Goyer, and directed by Zack Snyder, is due to hit theaters on June 14. The reimagining of the ever-popular Superman series spins a new take on the childhood of protagonist Clark Kent aka Superman aka Kal-El and his upbringing in rural Kansas. The movie brings into a play a villain not as often seen as popular foe Lex Luthor called General Zod played by the creepy Michael Shannon.

The cast features plenty of A-listers including Academy Award winners Russel Crowe and Kevin Costner as well as Academy Award nominees Diane Lane and Amy Adams.

As for the Lumia 925, Nokia is expected to release its flagship device sometime this month in Europe with a U.S. release to follow soon after. Price is still a question and will depend on which carrier picks up the 925 and 928 in the States.
