1. Yoga Flow, Fresh Faces of October

Where: Lululemon, Prudential Center

When: Sunday, 10 a.m.

Why you should go: It’s a new month, why not use this as an opportunity to try out a new form of fitness? Head on over to the Pru for this free yoga class taught by guest instructor Marisa Hill. All levels are welcome. Check out their events calendar for more information!

2. Free Workout for Boston Children’s Hospital

Where: South End Athletic Company, 652 Tremont Street, Boston

When: Sunday, 10:30 a.m.

Why you should go: If you’ve never been to a Public Body workout, it’s time you gave it a try. Not only will this workout make you sweat and leave you sore, you’ll be exercising for a good cause.

According to their Eventbrite site, “All we ask is that you bring a small toy (and your free Eventbrite ticket) as your “admission” to the workout. After the workout, Public Body representatives will deliver the toys to Boston Children’s Hospital as prizes for kids who must complete an MRI in order to determine their path for treatment.”

4. Core & Arms Vinyasa Flow

Why you should go: Have you heard of Project BeGristy? It’s a community fitness program that hosts workouts in unique spaces as opposed to traditional gyms.

According to their Eventbrite page, “Join in this fluid flow-based yoga workout that will tap into the power of your breath, build strength in your core, and shape your arms into long lean Vinyasa machines.”
