If you’re one of the few that’s not actually getting their sweat on from moving this weekend, consider yourself lucky. While lifting boxes and maneuvering mattresses down stairwells is a great way to burn a few extra calories, it certainly isn’t enjoyable.

So whether you’re looking to branch out of your mundane workout routine or take a break from the September 1 madness, here are some sweaty sessions you should partake in. Added bonus: None include a U-Haul or moving boxes.

1. Complimentary yoga at Lululemon

Where: Lululemon Athletica store, 337 Newbury St.

Why you should go: If you’ve never been to the Lululemon on Newbury Street, you’re in for a treat. This store is much more than just a shop that sells tanks and tees.
