The team over at TopProspect, a new social recruiting site in beta, put together the below infographic that shows where tech talent is moving among the giants.

Facebook is simply eating up talent, grabbing 15.5 people from Google for everyone one person that leaves Facebook for Google. Surprising to us was Apple, which sends 11 people to Facebook for everyone one that leaves Facebook for Apple. LinkedIn, coming off from its recent IPO, is also seeing a huge influx of tech talent from other giants. As for mass exoduses of talent: Yahoo! and Microsoft seem to be the losers.

We encourage you to read the full analysis by TopProspect on their blog, as there are certainly some nuances in the data and ratios. The company goes into more detail around the true winners and losers, and also includes numbers from companies not pictured below like Intuit and Twitter.
