The article reports that the soup chain will open on Franklin Street by Post Office Square. And the best part is that the restaurant will be celebrating their opening with free soup from noon to 2 p.m. on Jan. 21.

The restaurant serves up several “everyday soups” as well as a variety of rotating “daily specials.” In addition to soup, Hale and Hearty also offers sandwiches, salads and sweets.
