jm Curley has certified itself as one of those restaurants that you have to try once, and again—and then again. Okay and then again.

That’s because in addition to their stacked cocktail options and regular menu, which features a must-have burger, fried pickles, and more, Executive Chef Samuel Monsour debuts a weekly Sammy’s 7 menu, giving guests brand new options and the restaurant a fresh face every few weeks.

Each specials menu is notable in its own right—past menus can be found on the restaurant’s Facebook page—but with certain lineups, Chef Monsour hits the right stride of inspiration and knocks it out of the park. Take August’s Wu-Tang Clan themed menu, for instance. And the latest Sammy’s 7, which debuted today at 5 pm: a Goodbye Breaking Bad themed menu.

Behold:

As usual, the menu is headed off by a burger; this time, it’s The Heisenburger, with A-1 onion jam, gruyere, brown butter sage, cranberry-chardonnay aioli, and “better than Albertson’s” almond-crusted crispy green beans, for $16. If you don’t want that in your mouth right now, I don’t want to know you.

From there, the menu features a Los Pollos Hermanos fried chicken quesadilla, Gus Fring’s Paila Marina (Chilean fish stew), The Shraderbrau Brat, Flynn’s French Toast Stix, a blueberry almond cake donut with “96 percent blue iceing,” and finally No Money Down Better Call Saul cheeseball flavored popcorn.

The concept was a team effort at the restaurant, and of the menu, Monsour said, “We are huge ‘Breaking Bad’ fans, and the entire jm Curley family had a blast hashing out this homage.”

If that isn’t perfection in the form of a specials menu, I’d like to see what is. Mourn the end of ‘Breaking Bad’ by eating your feelings this week at jm Curley.
