Saturday marks National Lobster Day, and it’s practically your duty as a New Englander to eat as much lobster as you can get your hands on. The succulent crustacean may be readily available all across Boston, but there’s a sweet lobster deal going down on Newbury Street this weekend that you won’t want to miss.

Luke’s Lobster, a New York-based seafood chain, is making it’s way north this weekend, landing on Newbury Street for a three-day pop-up shop. Luke’s will be stationed inside the Supply Good Market at 144 Newbury Street, a pop-up flea market fundraiser organized by the Back Bay Association to raise money for the Spaulding Rehabilitation Center, where victims of the Boston Marathon bombing are receiving care.

As the main food vendor for Supply Good, Luke’s Lobster will be serving up fresh lobster, shrimp and crab rolls to hungry shoppers that they promise are Boston-worthy. According to a press release:

These lobster rolls are the real deal–no mayo, onions, scallion or other fillers mixed in. True Mainers and lobster purists love them–just a tiny swipe of mayo in the bun, a dash of lemon butter and Luke’s secret seasoning on top—so they’re guaranteed to please even Boston’s most studied crustacean connoisseurs.

Other vendors scheduled to be stationed at Supply Good include Marc Jacobs, Ball & Buck apparel, Alex and Ani, Marathon Sports, and Bar Method, all of whom are donating proceeds from the weekend’s pop-up to benefit the Spaulding Center.

The pop-up will be open on Friday from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. and Saturday and Sunday from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. so you can get your fill of lobster rolls (and retail therapy) all weekend long.

If you have to miss out, don’t worry. Eater Boston reports that Luke’s Lobster has plans to open a Boston location in the near future, although details are mum on exact location and timing. We’ll keep you posted as we learn more.
