A new 90-second trailer for the movie Flight has been released. There’s a lot of hype surrounding the drama as star and two-time Oscar winner Denzel Washington is poised for blockbuster success after being plagued by a slew of mediocre movies since 2009. The movie is slated for a November 2 release date.

The drama, directed by fellow Oscar winner Robert Zemeckis (of Forrest Gump and Cast Away fame), is about a pilot (Washington) whose airplane becomes disabled in midair and he is forced to crash land. When seemingly everyone survives, Washington’s character is lauded as a hero. But questions soon arise when alcohol is found in his blood samples after the crash. Take a look at the latest Flight trailer below.

Alongside Denzel is a sturdy cast featuring Oscar winner Melissa Leo, Oscar nominee Don Cheadle, and John Goodman.

There have already been a few trailers released for Flight, but this one seems to delve further into the malfunctioning of the plane and subsequent aftermath. If you think of each preview as a puzzle piece, the entire film seems to emerge. But I’m thinking there’s more than meets the eye. The general consensus here at BostInno, though? The movie looks badass and we all want Denzel to pilot our aerial voyages. After all, as the trailer says, no one could’ve landed that plane like he did. No one.

The synopsis as written by Collider.com:

In this action-packed mystery thriller, Academy Award winner Denzel Washington stars as Whip Whitaker, a seasoned airline pilot who miraculously crash-lands his plane after a mid-air catastrophe, saving nearly every soul on board. After the crash, Whip is hailed as a hero, but as more is learned, more questions than answers arise as to who or what was really at fault, and what really happened on that plane?
