Despite Boston’s freezing cold January weather, there is still something to look forward to in this cold world. And that, my friends, is brunch. Most especially because Ribelle in Brookline’s reinvigorated Washington Square, debuted their brunch this weekend.

The news has delighted Brookline residents and patrons, alike, as chef and owner Tim Maslow’s new brunch menu is certainly every brunchers dream (including mine). For a preview of what’s being served, check out the sweet and savory options below.

It’s Tipsy Time — Here are the Brunch Buzz Deets

When

Brunch at Ribelle is served Saturdays and Sundays (starting this weekend) from 11a.m. to 2:30p.m.

Where

Ribelle is located at 1665 Beacon Street in Brookline’s Washington Square.

What

Starting with the sweet side of the menu – Ribelle is serving up cinnamon rolls with apple butter, banana bread pancakes, and even a cereal-crusted french toast to end all french toasts (among others).

And if savory is more your brunch style, then you’ll be pleased to know that you can also order up truffle egg toast, bagel and antipasti, or a breakfast potato raviolo. Trust us, your menu decision won’t be an easy one.

The Brunch Buzz Drink

Besides “Brunch-y Beer” and “Breakfast Friendly Wines,” Ribelle is also offering quite a few classic breakfast cocktails. If you’re looking for something that will warm you right up, try their “Mornin’ Dickens” served with jamaican rum, hot cider and amaro whip. Or for a cocktail with a twist, imbibe on their “Greetings from Samois,” served with St. Germain, campari, lemon and egg white.

Cheers to a new day and a new brunch!
