Calling all brides (I’m looking at you recently engaged gals), you can now say say “ I do” in Choo.

That’s right – according to a release yesterday, “the Boston Harbor Hotel partnered with London based luxury shoe brand Jimmy Choo to create an exclusive wedding promotion.” Beginning on Thursday, October 10, brides-to-be who book their wedding at the Boston Harbor Hotel (lucky gals) by December 31 “will receive their own pair of Jimmy Choo shoes” for their wedding day debut.

How so? These brides will be whisked away by the Boston Harbor Hotel and treated to a very “exclusive after-hours shoe consultation.” The consultation at the Jimmy Choo’s luxury boutique in Copley Place, means that the bride can select her very own Jimmy Choo shoes to wear on the big day.

Regional Director of Sales & Marketing at the Boston Harbor Hotel, Jennifer McMahon, explained in the release that the goal of the initiative is to “make the Boston Harbor Hotel wedding experience elegant, memorable and fun. She continues “we want to do something unlike anything that has been done before and something that is meaningful to our brides. This partnership with Jimmy Choo does just that.”

Sounds like a smart marketing promotion since the Jimmy Choo alliance will certainly fit the Boston Harbor Hotel’s luxury target market. Anyone getting hitched at this hotel is fortunate enough but a pair of Jimmy Choo shoes takes the cake.
