The weekend of the marathon is fast approaching, and simultaneously, chances of booking a hotel room are going down. Curbed Boston put together a list of the average hotel rates for the weekend along with a 3 to 5-star range with prices to match.

Of the hotels that are still available, we created our own list of hotels, ranging from most expensive to least expensive. So if you’re looking for anything from luxury to just accommodation, for yourself or for your visiting relatives, here’s a sample of your options.

Most Expensive

  • Ritz Carlton room with a view of the Boston Common, Boston Common: $895 per night. Along with the view comes a turndown service, a complimentary newspaper, and access to The Sports Club/LA, which is connected to the building. Charmed? Book your room here.
  • Westin Copley Place King Room with Park View: $799 per night. Connected to the Hynes Convention Center, this hotel is right near Newbury Street and steps from the marathon finish line. Book here.

Least Expensive

  • Comfort Inn, 900 Morrissey Blvd: $249 per night. It has free breakfast, a gym, library and billiards. The downside is it’s an hour and forty minute walk from the Boston Common, but hey, a little fresh air never hurt anybody, right? Book your stay here.
  • Holiday Inn Express Hotel and Suites, 280 Friend Street: $382 per night. Located near TD Garden, this hotel features a 24 hour gym and a continental breakfast. Book here.
