Taylor Swift was in Boston this weekend to visit patients at the Boston Children’s Hospital, and while she didn’t alert the media for popping in, photos have surfaced from her trip from excited Twitter fans, along with a video of her singing an acoustic version of her single “We Are Never Getting Back Together” with six-year-old patient Jordan Brave.

Need an afternoon tug at your heartstrings? Watch the video, during which Taylor asks Jordan what he wants to hear her sing before they decide on her breakup song, after he says he wants to dance. Jordan does dance, as well as chime in with some of the lyrics, while Taylor performs the song with her guitar.

Fans also shared photos of the star playing air hockey with Jordan, kissing him on the cheek and holding his hand, as well as visiting with other patients. Check out some of the photos from her unexpected visit below.
