The pressure’s on, shoppers.

If you’ve been playing the procrastination game when it comes to your Christmas list, or simply forgot something that would be perfect under the tree, you’re running out of time to get online presents delivered. If you think there’s simply no chance, though, you’d be wrong. Today, December 22, is the last day for Amazon’s two-day shipping.

The entire schedule of Amazon’s holiday shipping deadlines can be found here. You’ll find that the regular shipping cutoffs have passed: free shipping (for most orders over $35) and standard shipping expired at 11:59 p.m. on Friday, December 19. However, there are still options on the table. Amazon Prime customers can enjoy free two-day shipping, and non-Amazon Prime users can still pay for two-day shipping by ordering today. No time limit is listed.

Tomorrow, one-day shipping is on the table, and here in Boston, many of the city’s zip codes are eligible for same-day delivery, which you can take advantage of up until Christmas Eve if you really like playing with fate. For one-day delivery, shipping fees depend on the order; for same-day delivery, there’s a flat rate of $8.99, plus an added 99 cents per item.

Amazon’s crunch time shipping comes especially in handy for those who can’t bear to face the shopping mall in the last few days before Christmas. Next year, maybe consider giving yourself a little breathing room?
