The Walking Dead Season 3 finale airs this Sunday at 9 pm on AMC, and plot hypotheses, character predictions, and exclusive pictures have circled the Internet, all boiling down to who’s going to live to see Season 4, and who’s not. In an interview, Andrew Lincoln (who plays Rick Grimes) confirmed that 27 people will die in Sunday night’s Walking Dead season 3 finale, alluding to an all-out bloodbath between the Governor and his Woodbury army, and those against him. If you’re not totally caught up with the show, watch out for spoilers ahead. But if you are, here are some speculations and a teaser trailer to hold you over until the premiere of The Walking Dead Season 3 finale, “Welcome to the Tombs.”

Check out the teaser trailer below before tonight’s episode:

Leading into the finale, episode 15, “This Sorrowful Life,” was a dark march toward the end, with any hopes of avoiding war with the Governor squashed. The episode mainly focused on the characters and where they stand, almost as a calm before the storm. So far, every season finale has seen the death of at least one key character. And next week, you might have to say goodbye to one of your favorites. It’s better to emotionally prepare–so who is it going to be?

Most likely to survive: Rick, Daryl, and Glenn are all either too prevalent to the plot or too beloved by fans to be in any real danger. Michonne or Maggie’s death, on top of the death of Lori, would be redundant. Although Andrea’s character has received backlash for her bad behavior this season, she probably won’t be killed off without seeing any redemption. Or maybe she will see that redemption…and then get killed off? Oh, the anticipation.

Who’s in trouble: The Governor, for one, may be seeing his last turn as a threat on the show, depending on how the final fight goes down. The rest of the people in his army are obviously up for slaughter, considering that high death count for one episode. The main cast is sure to suffer some casualties, and the general consensus seems to think that Hershel and/or Beth have seen the last of their run on Walking Dead.

Of course, predictions can only go so far, and the show’s writers are sure to have some surprises in store. To get the most out of your Season 3 finale experience, be sure to follow along with the rules to this drinking game from Thrillist, which, according to Buzzfeed, isn’t for lightweights. But then again, neither is The Walking Dead.
