When a new apartment building in Manhattan has a penthouse nicknamed “the Don Draper apartment,” it’s safe to say Mad Men is now an entire lifestyle concept. And we want in.

The apartment building, currently under construction near the High Line in Chelsea, was designed by prestigious architect Zaha Hadid. The building’s futuristic design holds no resemblance to the mid-century aesthetic of Mad Men, but naming the apartment after the show’s lead character appears to be universally accepted shorthand for “stylish.” The 6,391-square-foot apartment boasts five bedrooms and a balcony. But most impressive is the extensive 2,297-square-foot deck – ideal for getting your tan on during the day and hosting cocktail parties with an impressive view at night.
