What happens when you combine two very different types of cuisine ? Russell House Tavern’s most popular dish on the menu (of course) – Lobster Banh Mi.

According to Chef Tom Borgia, “People love the fact that this dish is a hybrid of two cultures: awesome New England ingredients in a Vietnamese style. Living here, people are passionate about New England ingredients, but they’re also excited about experiencing the flavors and traditions of other cultures.”

The $15 Lobster Banh Mi sandwich is served with Sriracha Aioli, pickled carrots, radish & jalapenos, mint, cilantro, Thai basil leaves on ciabatta bread.
